Can you believe the Clothes Show Live 2013, UK’s largest fashion festival, celebrates its 25th anniversary this year! It is five fun-filled days packed with top fashion and beauty brands, hair and beauty demonstrations, non-stop catwalk shows, makeovers, experts, celebrities and next generation talent.
For anyone who loves fashion and beauty it’s hard to remember what we did without it. If I could pitch up a tent on Friday 6th of December and not leave until Tuesday 10th, I would truly believe I’d died and gone to heaven.
The largest UK catwalk show features 40 models and dancers, 350 outfits and 8 scene changes; it is a show not to be missed. If you love to spot the odd celebrity, then this is the place to be. There are reality TV stars Amy Childs, Mark Wright and Caggie Dunlop, as well as Peter Andre. The fashion designer Henry Holland and the wonderful Zandra Rhodes are also there. Jade Thompson, who was crowned winner of the successful TV series Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model in 2011, is the ‘face’ of this year’s show. Jade has graced the cover of Company magazine, fronted the Miss Selfridge Christmas campaign, modelled for a host of exciting names such as Revlon, and featured in the Clothes Show Live Fashion Theatre in 2011 and 2012. Jade is a big fan of the show and was scouted while visiting it in 2011. PHOTOSHOOT magazine will be interviewing Jade while we are there.
