Welcome and thank you to everyone who has contributed to our Halloween Special, issue 17. Our front cover image is of model and actress, Ellie Torrez in R.A.I.N.
PHOTOSHOOT is fulfilling its vision to bring together creative individuals and contributors to produce a publication that interacts with readers, shares knowledge, showcases ability and is modern, real life and fun. We are also in collaboration with Rugby College, who have contributed some articles and students from Birmingham Metropolitan College, who have designed a couple of our articles.
In this issue, we feature a mixture of images sent into our Gallery section. We show the work of GGDP Photography and Hi Honey, I’m Home and Richard Amor and Waiting for You.
We Focus On the work of Rugby College (part of Warwickshire Group) Media and Makeup study programmes, with articles written by Grace Harrison and Francesca Morris. We interview Dean Garner, owner and creator of Z brothers FX, Brian Kinney, Emmy nominated makeup artist and Mike Dargan, owner and creator of DASHBO, creative FX materials. We also focus on plus-size model, Rachel Cadaverous.
We feature in our Your Shoot section, front cover photographer, David Michael Bradford and R.A.I.N, Dexter Morgan and Mark Briggs with Apocalypse, David Edwards and The Model that Came out After Dark, Portrait X and Kingdom Inferno, the fight for the lost world, Rick Jones and The Bride of Frankenstein, Steve Austin and Zombie School and Indigo Child and The Ghost of the Shell, the souls never die.
Our Shoot, Halloween, featuring a collection of images from some of our past shoots, written by our group editor Jan Sofair, using my own images.
Event … Creaturgeddon.
… and finally. We’ve packed the magazine with everything we love about design, photography, style, fashion and beauty (well … maybe not in this issue!)
But we want the next issue to be even better, so please get in touch with your feedback, images and ideas. We hope you enjoy our Halloween Special, issue 17.
